10.5-12.2 GHz VCO Module

ERI735-QFN is an electronically tunable oscillator module powered by a +5V supply. It features an RF output frequency range of 10.5-12.2 GHz with RF output power of 15 dBm, tuning voltage range 1-13 V, single-sideband phase noise of -100 dBc/Hz, push 30 MHz/V, RF/4 output frequency range 2.625-3.05 GHz, RF/4 output power -4 dBm. The module uses a 5 mm x 5 mm x 0.75 mm leadless plastic package suitable for reflow soldering and surface-mount assembly.
